What is coaching?
Coaching is about personal development, mobilising resources, coping with particular situations and challenges, or clarifying possible life changes in your professional, private, or relationship life.
By contrast, it is not about treating mental illnesses or addictions; for this, please contact a psychotherapist, whom you can find, for example, via the following search page: Psychotherapist search
In coaching, we address, among other things:
- identifying needs, clarifying goals, solving problems, and building self-care, readiness for change, and satisfaction.
- dealing with existing high sensitivity.
- partner search, relationship skills, and shaping relationships.
- past relationships, your own relationship patterns, and current relationship experiences
- improved self-knowledge and self-regulation
- life changes, emigration, new perspectives
Fee
The fee is EUR 85 per hour (session of 50 minutes), with an initial appointment of two hours. Follow-up appointments usually last one hour.
There is the option to pay the costs in instalments if this provides financial relief.
After the coaching, billing is carried out via an invoice issued personally by me.
Commitment
First, there is a one-off appointment to clarify your concern. This one-off appointment will also determine whether further appointments or longer-term support are desired, appropriate, and possible.
Please register here only to arrange an appointment if you have already decided to attend the first coaching session.
Thank you very much!

Book "A perfect match?"
Online partner search from a psychological perspective
Online partner search is booming – there have never been as many opportunities as there are today to meet singles online. However, there are also more singles today than ever before. Why is that?
In my book, I provide answers to these questions and show how effective online partner search is possible and can even contribute to the development of your own personality. Prerequisites for successfully finding a relationship are self-reflection and engaging with earlier relationships and old patterns, as well as a willingness to be authentic and to invest in relationship work. Patience and perseverance are two other key prerequisites for success in online partner search.
Once you are clear about your relationship past, your relationship wishes, and your partnership model, you can begin your online partner search. It is important to focus your search on alignment in core values and life goals, and to compromise on less central characteristics. Because there is no such thing as a catalogue partner. In my book, I offer recommendations on how to design your profile, communicate, deepen contacts, build a relationship, and maintain the happiness you have found in the long term. Unfortunately, even promising contacts sometimes end in ghosting, toxic relationship patterns, or attempted fraud. I explain how you can recognise this in time and protect yourself from it.
I would like to support my readers in successfully mastering their online partner search and growing through it. The focus is on the diversity and individuality of romantic relationships. You should not give in to socially normative pressure, but instead find your own model. The better you get to know and understand your own relationship wishes, the easier it will be for you to pursue them in a targeted way—while using the time you spend searching for a partner for your own personal development at the same time.
In one-to-one coaching, I would be pleased to work with you on individually deepening and implementing the strategies for finding a relationship and personal growth described in my book.
